This Privacy Policy explains how SSRDOG VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') processes personal information through the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We process data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, client version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate location information. This information is used for: 1. recommending routes based on SSRDOG VPN's node distribution; 2. analyzing regional performance through anonymized aggregate data; and 3. sending important service updates, security notices, or account messages.

We transmit only aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services or Firebase, for crash analysis, diagnostics, and feature improvement. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except when required by legal process, regulatory obligations, user safety needs, fraud investigation, or trusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device settings.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that such data has been collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. Guardians may also contact us through the same email address. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of legal requirements, product changes, or security practices. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
