This agreement is a legal contract between you and SSRDOG VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. The App and associated marks remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or service fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may create security risks or impair functionality.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components may also be governed by the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signals, carrier restrictions, local network conditions, or roaming charges. Before using mobile data or roaming, make sure you understand the fees and have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. Issues caused by device battery loss, system restrictions, third-party platform policy changes, or user configuration errors are not covered by compensation obligations. We work to provide accurate routing and service information, but some data may come from third-party sources or real-time monitoring. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the service as permitted by law.
